Last night I watched the PHO-NSH game and Radulov had two points, including the final NSH goal. However, this morning I see that they gave his goal to Fiddler, so he had a one-point night, not two as I stated below.

Bryan Berard was a minus-3 last night. That won't impress Nolan…but he still was out there in the final minute so all must be forgiven.

Simon Gamache, I suggested experimenting with a brief pickup. Well, hang onto him for another game. Last night he had two points and was a plus-2 and two PIMs. Cha-ching in roto leagues.

Matt Stajan was a plus-4 with four points (played with Gamache and Tucker). I find Stajan to be a little streaky, so there may be a week of this good production yet to come.

Ray Emery will play two AHL games as a conditioning stint before returning to Ottawa. To steal the No.1 job, Gerber needed to be perfect. Giving up four goals on 31 shots is a slip up, so my hunch is that Emery will retain his No.1 status, but Gerber will steal a larger chunk of games than he did last season.

The Thrashers can't seem to score with Marian Hossa out of the lineup. Shut out again last night. Steer clear of all Thrashers until Hossa returns, likely in a week or so (just a guess).

The line on Atlanta rearguard Tobias Enstrom: 22 minutes, minus-2, zero points, OVER NINE MINUTES ON THE POWER PLAY.

The Thrashers called up AHL dazzler Darren Haydar, but played him for just six minutes. Brett Sterling played 13 minutes, five on the PP. The team just can't score.

Alexander Radulov broke out of his little slump with a two-point night in the loss yesterday. He played just under 17 minutes, so he's obviously rounding back into shape and the coach is rewarding him with the ice time.

Peter Mueller – just six minutes on the ice last night and he was one of two minus players in the Coyotes lineup.

Chicago dealt Pierre Parenteau to the Rangers for a draft pick. Parenteau doesn't even register on my prospects list, which is 500 deep, so his fantasy value is pretty low.

The Oilers are 0-for-16 on the PP this season, despite the addition of Souray. When they get this rolling, their players will start putting up the points a little better.

Tom Priessing is doubtful for tonight's action as he is still battling the flu.

The Kings will be shuffling their lines tonight, splitting Kopitar and Cammalleri up. All that the LA Times indicated was that Cammalleri will be on a line with Frolov and Armstrong.

Jose Theodore will make his season debut tonight between the pipes for the Avs.

The Chicago Tribune is reporting that coach Denis Savard will go with a top line of Adam Burish, Sergei Samsonov and Robert Lang. Burish will add some energy to the line.

Dominik Hasek will get the start on Friday and Osgood will start on Sunday.

E-mail campaign. Let's get the shift charts back on NHL.com. If you have already done this…well do it again! The shift charts are still not back up. I can give you a lot more information in my daily ramblings if the shift charts were back – and you can find out a lot of info yourself.  Visit this page and then click "contact us" at the bottom. Tell them that you need the shift charts back and why. Already, dozens of readers have done this, but we need all the help we can get. LINK
