Paul Holmgren has made it clear that he will match any offer given to Jeff Carter. I still doubt that. If a team gets insane enough, Carter will be gone. You just have to find the right number. They can't afford two Mike Richards deals, so if Carter gets an offer sheet that matches that of Richards, than he's gone.

The Memorial Cup semi-final will take place Friday between Kitchener and Belleville. The two teams played last night in a game that meant little to the standings (Belleville won in OT).
