Ouellet and O’Brien to Vancouver for Krajicek and Simek

Vancouver has acquired some scoring help on the wing in Michel Ouellet, as well as some toughness on defense in Shane O'Brien. In exchange, defenseman Lukas Krajicek goes to Tampa Bay, along with prospect Juraj Simek.
Vancouver gets: a streaky scorer in Michel Ouellet, who will actually report to Manitoba initially. Ouellet could click on a scoring line for a couple of weeks, but his M.O. is to fade away and disappear for stretches. O'Brien is a potential PIM monster, capable of 25 points and 150 penalty minutes or more. With O'Brien, they will get more mileage because Krajicek is a Band-Aid Boy.
Tampa gets: another offensive rearguard, but Krajicek has not really come into his own yet. They also shore up one of the weakest pipelines in the league by adding Simek, who I have ranked 226 on my Fantasy Prospects List. Simek moves up with this deal.
Fantasy Players Impacted: TB was stacked on the wing, whereas Vancouver's need for scoring wingers has been well documented. Ouellet should get a trial there and there will be times where he is mightily productive – just be wary, they don't come any streakier. I don't see the production of O'Brien or Krajicek changing with this deal.
