RDS is reporting that Tampa Bay has signed Alex Tanguay to a one-year deal, details to be announced next week. Worst kept secret in hockey. $2.6 million – man he should have fired his agent on July 2nd.
Vancouver has signed Mat Schneider to a one-year deal. Schneids is good for about 65 games these days and is still worthy of 35 points. With Salo, Bieksa, Edler and Schneider in the lineup, you really need to lower your expectations for Ehrhoff. He needs two injuries to one of the above four players before he can make a significant impact.
