Hilarious parody I stuck at the bottom. A must see!

I guess Henrik Karlsson didn’t like his chances of cracking the Sharks. Two months after being added to their practice roster and nine months after signing with them, he has signed to play in the KHL next year. The netminder is actually profiled in the Fantasy Prospects Report.

The worst kept secret in hockey was made official yesterday – Dion Phaneuf is captain of the Leafs. Do I think he’ll bounce back? Yes – 50-55 points. Because the Leafs will be scoring a hell of a lot more goals, based on how they did the last two months of the season.

Former solid prospects-turned-busts Ramzi Abid and Kyle Wanvig have signed to play overseas next campaign. Abid will play in Austria, Wanvig in Germany.

The Hershey Bears have won the Calder Cup, topping Texas in six games with a 4-0 win last night. Chris Bourque, 24, won the MVP of the playoffs. Just because he looked tentative and nervous in Pittsburgh doesn’t mean he can’t be an NHL player. Give him two more years – the smaller guys more often than not will blossom when they are 26 or 27. He may have trouble making the Caps in the fall – he would need another chance somewhere else like he did in Pittsburgh this past year. Ray’s son had 27 points in 21 playoff games. And yes, he profiled in the Fantasy Prospects Report.

The Fantasy Prospects Report is finalized and available in your downloads.

From now until June 24th, Angus will be running a 2010 NHL Entry Draft contest. Send him an email of your first round mock. The entry that closest mirrors the first round on June 25th will win an autographed Shane Doan 8×10 photograph. The rules are simple – one through 30, send me your picks. If you guess the correct player, earn one point. If you guess the correct player and the correct position, you will be awarded three points. For example, of your top five is Hall-Seguin-Fowler-Tarasenko-Gunbranson, and the NHL's top five picks are Hall-Seguin-Fowler-Gunbranson-Tarasenko, you will be given 11 points (three for Hall, Seguin, and Fowler in the correct position, and one for each of Tarasenko and Gunbranson for having them in the first round

Spoofing the Patrick Kane Cup-winning goal call – and the length of time that the commentators missed it on both NBC and CBC. You may have to refresh if it has an “error” message.
