After picking our jaws up off the floor, we go on to try to make sense of Dano's AHL assignment, and consider a multitude of unexpected opportunities presenting themselves in Edmonton and elsewhere around the league due to early injuries.
We also openly wonder about the updated fantasy value of one of last year's most surprising starters, an under-the-radar pick from last year who was understandably abandoned by most of his owners, a young Canuck on somewhat of an island, and a couple new names making impressions on preseason scoresheets.
