Top 100 Keeper League Goalies – March

The top 100 goalies to own in fantasy hockey keeper leagues, March edition…
These rankings are based on keeper leagues, but how much they can help you this year plays a big part – more so than with skaters. This is because the goaltending position fluctuates so much. One day you're a starter, the next day a rookie stud steals your job, the day after that the hotshot rookie gets injured and the job is yours again. Injury proneness and how much a goalie has to share the net also plays a significant role.
Because of how the position fluctuates, it's best to compare goalies within their tier. One Tier 1 goalie is as good as another (unless the name is Price or Holtby).
As always, go to GOALIE POST for the full list of 100 goalies.

Surprising that the goalie with the 2nd best GAA and best SPCT is listed at 24th.
I can’t even trade him for a bucket of pucks in my league (Wins, saves, negative losses, negative goals against). 45 games played is 100% useless in my one league, and 50% useless in my other league. So I guess it depends on the type of league he’s in.
Would if be a stretch to say both Mrazek and Allen would be top 10 guys without having to split ice time?
I also think Gibson and Andersen would both be top 15 guys if they weren’t sharing the crease as well.
Thoughts?
Exactly, I was just saying on Twitter that if Andersen signs elsewhere this summer, both become Top 10. Mrazek and Allen may sit just outside the top 10 but close.
No Thatcher Demko in the top 100, an oversight?
Yes, he’s 111th and Tier 6. It’s hard for a teenaged prospect to crack this list under my formula, which is a flaw. But I don’t think he helps fantasy teams in the next three seasons so maybe that’s not as big a flaw as I thought.
Why Frederik Andersen is listed only # 21?
His team has provided no goals in 7 games, only 1 goal in 5 games and 2 goals in five games. Despite these disappointing results, it keeps a record of 20 wins and only 9 losses. WOW!
Because he share the net, he ranks about 30th in my league. And most poolies (I disagree – see my Monday ramblings) like Gibson better.
