Radulov – one game suspension. He'll be back for Game 4.

TSN is reporting that Todd Bertuzzi will not be in the lineup on Sunday.

TSN: Nashville Predators' forward Scott Hartnell will not receive an automatic one game suspension for incurring his second game misconduct of the playoffs. The NHL reviewed Friday night's altercation that led to Hartnell's game misconduct. The league determined that Hartnell was not involved in a secondary fight, he was involved in the initial altercation, and that the tie-down on his sweater was in fact secure.

Marcel Hossa jarred his knee last game and it is still sore, but he will play. He explains that the knee will not be 100 per cent until the summer. He is wearing a brace.

Karel Rachunek (MCL sprain) practiced and is day-to-day but probably won't play  today.

I like this: Crosby, on the theory that a youth-oriented team like his must get knocked out of the playoffs a few times in order to learn to win: "You can learn just as quickly winning as you can losing."

Carey Price stopped 27 shots in a 3-1 win for the Hamilton Bulldogs of the AHL in his first pro game.

Robyn Regehr, out with a knee injury, skated again in practice on Friday and is hopeful that he will be able to return to the Calgary lineup on Sunday.

Dustin Penner left the game last night in the third period because of a muscle strain.

Steve Ott returned to the Dallas lineup yesterday, but played just under four minutes.

Steve Bernier was hit from behind by Alexander Radulov and could miss some time with a concussion. Since Joe Pavelski is champing at the bit to get into a game, I would assume they will sit Bernier anyway. Radulov was having an awesome start to his postseason career with four points in four periods. Now he will likely be suspended. I'm thinking two games, but we shall see.

Jonathan Cheechoo was a surprise starter yesterday and tallied an assist.

Besides Ryan Kesler – Matt Cooke (groin) and Alexandre Burrows (concussion) were not in the Vancouver lineup. Bryan Sopel was back in the lineup after missing Game 1 with back spasms.

Patrick Marleau was a minus-3 last night.

Ilya Bryzgalov started for the Ducks yesterday, and is now 2-0. It is fairly reasonable to assume he will continue starting until the team loses.

Todd Bertuzzi practiced and it looks like he will be in the lineup on Sunday.

I reported yesterda, but it bears repeating in case some of you do not check the day before's ramblings (I do update them in the evenings sometimes FYI). My dark horse for next year (one of them, anyway) Jan Mursak has signed a three-year entry level deal with Detroit.

Derick Brassard has 12 assists and 18 points for Drummondville in just nine postseason games in the QMJHL.
