    No Provorov?

    • Dobber 2017-01-11 at 12:01

do you think he’ll get sent back to the minors? If he gets sent back down I’ll put him back on this list. Obviously he’d be 1st.

I’m sorry if I misunderstood, is not being in the NHL a requirement? Or what makes him ineligible? Just thought since several on the list is up with their respective NHL teams and playing regularly.

        • Dobber 2017-01-11 at 13:10

I graduate them when I’m 100% certain beyond a shadow of a doubt that they are not going to the minors ever again. My discretion. This month’s graduated prospects are in the Top 200 forward list (bottom). Last month’s graduates (where Provorov graduated) is also at the bottom of last month’s Top 200

With Rielly, Gardiner & Zaitsev on the roster what are the chances of Carrick getting the minutes and PP opportunity to live up to his current ranking?

    • Dobber 2017-01-11 at 15:23

If he’s good enough, they’ll make room. If he’s not, then he’ll continue to be buried. On other teams he’d do well a lot sooner

Thoughts on Alexander Carrier? Do you have him ranked?

Also, where can we find the complete rankings of players outside the top 50? Is there a mid-year prospects report we can purchase? Thanks

    • Dobber 2017-01-11 at 15:22

He is ranked 66th. The Fantasy Prospects Report is out on June 1 every year

Stubborn insistence on keeping Jordan Subban on this list is just bizarre. He’s a longshot to play regularly in the NHL. Having him ahead of Carlo, McAvoy, Bean and Kylington is criminal. If you insist on keeping him here, drop him 20 spots.

    • Dobber 2017-02-09 at 13:57

Relax, man. Honestly. It’s just a ranking on a site. When you get your scouting pass, I’ll make moves based on your observations.

Stecher isn’t owned in my 750 player league. And he never will be. Try to wrap your head around that – his value is useless, we have no need ot 20-30 point guys. We’d rather own a guy with 1% chance of an NHL career and being a 50-point guy over a player actually in the NHL with no upside.

And 20 spots is the same value. Read the fine print +/- 5.0 ratings points are equal guys.

And finally – this ranking is one month old. Update tomorrow. But during the past month, Subban was CALLED UP. So I can’t see him dropping.

    Any thoughts on Hultstrom?
