Top 100 Roto Rankings: March 2023

Ian Gooding

2023-03-15

It's hard to believe that there's only one month left in the regular season. Some leagues have already started their playoffs, while others will be soon to follow. Either way, we're rounding into the home stretch, which in redraft leagues increases the number of reasonable options and decreases the number of players you need to retain no matter what. At this point, consider these rankings more of a guideline for estimated worth as opposed to exact values.

Note that starting this month, players with day-to-day injuries will be left within the rankings. If the expected time out of the lineup extends to a week or more, then they will be moved to the injured list.

Keep in mind that these are single-season rankings for a head-to-head or rotisserie league using the following settings: G, A, +/-, PPP, SOG, HIT, W, GAA, SV%. These rankings should be considered rankings for the remainder of the 2022-23 season, not cumulative rankings of players so far this season. They are different from keeper rankings in that they don't extend beyond the current season. These rankings could even be used to determine relative trade value between two or more players listed.

Are there any players that you believe are ranked too high or too low? Did we miss anyone in the top 100, or is there a player there that probably shouldn't be? Let us know in the comments below, and we will consider your feedback when compiling next month's rankings.

Kucherov has been extremely underwhelming for me this year in fantasy hockey — and he seems to be getting worse! Few shots, few peripherals, mostly assists, and even these have dried up. He may be on the decline already. He had all the opportunity in the world with Backstrom out, and he just didn’t capitalize.

*Kuznetsov — can’t believe I wrote Kucherov, and then I saw it as I clicked “post”.
