Top 100 Roto Rankings: December 2023

Ian Gooding

2023-12-15

There are plenty of updates for the Roto Rankings for December. Lots of injuries to account for, plus we have more of a sample size from players so we have a better idea of what to expect for the rest of the season.

As of September, the updated stat categories for the Roto Rankings are as follows: Goals, Assists, Special Teams Points, Shots on Goal, Penalty Minutes, Hits, and Blocked Shots. Bangers also has full projections available, which include a bangers score, a top 300 list of projections, and an explanation on how the rankings are built. (Their projections are preseason from September and do not factor in updates beyond that, though).

These rankings are different from keeper rankings in that they don't extend beyond the current season. As well, these are projected player values for the rest of the season and not entirely based on production so far this season. These rankings could even be used to determine relative trade value between two or more players listed. For goalie rankings, please check out the Top 100 Keeper League Goaltender rankings for relative goalie values.

Are there any players that you believe are ranked too high or too low? Did we miss anyone in the top 100, or is there a player there that probably shouldn't be? Do you like the new changes? Let us know in the comments below, and we will consider your feedback when compiling next month's rankings.
