In the analysis that I present to you below, I will scramble the above five companies and call them companies E, I, L, R and U. Why? Because this took a lot of work and I don’t want the above companies looking at this information for free. If they want to evaluate themselves they are free to, but if they want me to do the legwork they need to show me the money!

I say this even though I contributed to The Hockey News Ultimate Pool Guide as well as The Score Forecaster.

After my best year in 12 years of doing this, I followed it up with my worst. The numbers, however, still beat the competition and furthermore – I cover more players. With 859 players playing at least one game this year, you would think that the hockey books would predict more than 450 of them!
Here is a snapshot of last season’s pool guide:

Sample Hockey Pool Guide

Here is the thing: last year, I also did Pool Expert’s pool guide. The problem? I had some good ideas that I gave them…but not myself. Things like line combos and first half vs. second half predictions. I may decide to combine the info and either let them sell it under their name and I sell it under mine for the same price, or I just won’t do their guide. I will let you know when I decide. Either way, in this year’s edition you will have line combos and extra notes, plus dark horse/potential bust articles from the likes of Burnsy, Angus and Gunther, to say nothing of Bugg’s prospect expertise.

This will be an Adobe email file. It will be emailed to you on August 1st – nearly two weeks before magazines hit the newsstands, yet it will be more up-to-date than the magazines because they need a full month to print and distribute. I need one day. Furthermore, an updated guide will be emailed to you on September 21 – updated predictions, line combos, etc.

BUY NOW

But before you do, consider this: For a measly four extra bucks, you get my Fantasy Prospects guide ($8.95 value). This is my "Keeper League Fantasy Pack". It is a must for keeper league owners – on June 1 I will email you the prospect guide, which will not only prime you for the draft, but will give you the fantasy slant on over 200 prospects. I'm talkin' upsides, downsides, how far away from the NHL they are, etc, etc. Written by Matt Bugg and myself, it's a beauty. There is NOTHING like it out there, BUY IT NOW BEFORE YOU FORGET .

Wanna go full bore? For $26.95 you can get all four of my products. That is a savings of $9.85, or over 26%. Prospects Report, Preseason Guide, Midseason Guide and Playoff Draft List – plus full access to all the archives. BUY NOW.
