Yet another example of how statistics correct themselves if given a large enough sample size: The Buffalo Sabres are finally starting to score goals. The team has scored five or more goals four times in their past eight contests and has four wins and 21 goals in their past five games.

 The Caps dropped the 'interim' tag from Bruce Boudreau's title. He is now the head coach.  Martin Erat will play tonight, and it will be on a line with Radulov and Fiddler. Weber is out for sure. Dan Ellis will start for the fourth time in five games tonight.  The Red Wings have signed Lidstrom to a two-year [...]
