Any midseason guides order will be emailed to you by 1pm EST Sunday. I am off to the draft for the night. I'll ramble all about it tomorrow.

Radulov will play tonight, as far as I know. To answer a question in the forum…

Tom Poti and Chris Clark are "probable" for tomorrow's game. Brent Johnson will be back in the lineup, but only as the backup of course. If Clark does play, Tomas Fleischmann will be a healthy scratch. Michal Nylander is looking fine in practice.

The Bruins returned Matt Lashoff to the AHL and they recalled Vladimir Sobotka.

The Jackets, as expected, returned Steve Mason to the Kitchener Rangers and Pascal Leclaire was back in the lineup.

I almost expected this, but Derick Brassard played just six minutes in last night's NHL debut.

Jozef Stumpel will miss both games this weekend because of a bruised or fractured shoulder. If it's a bruise, he'll be back next week. Otherwise, it could be awhile.

Mikko Koivu played 19:17 and had one assist in his return to the lineup last night. I snatched him off waivers about a week ago in the Expert League.

Speaking of the Expert League, I pulled off a trade with Notch. I sent Eric Staal, Jiri Hudler and Andrej Meszaros and I acquired Marian Hossa, Patrick Marleau and Christoph Schubert. The kicker was when I studied the stats and Schubert had pretty equal numbers to Meszaros on the season and on the month and actually a little better on the week. Unexpected, but true. Just following a desperation strategy that you may remember being outlined by Maltais in his article earlier this week – I'm out of it so time to take risks. Marleau, I've always said, will bounce back and Hossa is Hossa. My team has moved up to ninth.

Other recent moves I made: plucked Brassard off FA Thursday – just in case. That experiment is over, but I don't have time to replace him today. I also added Cory Murphy Thursday. I may have to sit on him for anywhere from one to four weeks, but I'll need his offense if and when he returns.

Cory Murphy was back skating yesterday, so Thursday's gamble is already looking pretty nice. Murphy will see a doctor this morning for further evaluation, but indications are that he is finally getting better. It may be closer to one week than four.

Shea Weber is expected back Tuesday or Thursday.

The Habs sent Corey Locke to Hamilton.

The Canucks sent Jason Jaffray to Manitoba and recalled Nathan McIver.

Kyle Okposo had two assists in his Bridgeport debut.

Miro Satan missed last night's game. He sprained his knee Tuesday. He did skate though and is considered day to day, but don't expect him to play this weekend.

Curtis Joseph has apparently narrowed his choices of teams down to San Jose or Calgary. I'm not sure I understand why he would narrow his choices down to the two teams that will play him the least. The word I hear is that Nabokov wants to try and play all 82 games, and Kipper would probably like to play 75.

Fantasy Prospects List will be updated tomorrow. As I said, I have a draft today and don't want to tip my hand…
