Jose Theodore will start for the eighth straight game today.

In the four games since Gagne's return, Briere has scored three goals and had two assists, while Gagne has scored two and two.

Todd Bertuzzi is still rolling, as he has 20 points in the last 18 games now.

Dan Cleary, another streaky player to watch, has 20 points in his last 18 games. He has quietly put together a season that is on pace for a career-high 62 points.

Guess who's back on a 50-point pace? Scott Hartnell. He's on a six-game point streak and has 13 points in that span after starting the year with 14 points in 37 games.

Alexander Radulov has gone pointless in the four games since he left a game with a neck strain. Wonder if it's impacting his play…

Does anyone know when Mike Green is going to slow down? He has 14 in nine games and 21 in his last 19.

Saku Koivu is pointless and a minus-7 in his last five games.

Despite having three assists last night, Sandis Ozolinsh was still a minus-2 so his healthy scratches may not be behind him yet.

Devin Setoguchi scored last night. He played on a line with Marleau and Mitchell.

It finally happened – Lindy Ruff benched Thomas Vanek. The millionaire was benched for the third period of last night's contest. Benchings often result in a bounce-back, so watch for it…

John Madden will be back in the lineup today when the Devils play the Leafs. He has missed two games with a lacerated foot.

The Avs have called up power winger David Jones. He has 22 points in 36 AHL games after putting up strong college numbers. He is lingering around the 200 mark on my fantasy prospects list.

Ladislav Nagy was scratched because of a sore neck.

Anze Kopitar took 11 draws last night – and lost them all!

Sorry guys, I can't dig a THING up on Mike Cammalleri, and I like to think that I'm usually quite resourceful. Nothing!

'Miss-the -net' Modin, as I liked to call him when he was in Toronto, was back in the Columbus lineup last night and played 16:37. Give him a few games to get his timing back.

Chris Campoli missed last night's contest with a shoulder injury.

Erik Christensen replaced Sidney Crosby in the lineup last night. Crosby's injury – and all the repercussions, will be the subject of a Dobotomy today so watch out for that one.

Rusty Olesz's hand injury will keep him on the shelf for at least two weeks.
