In the forum, from 4:15 to 5pm, I will be answering any keeper-league questions you have. Just go to the Keeper League section. I'll try and do this every few days throughout the summer.
FINAL DAY there is a 25% discount off of all DobberHockey shirts and hats – some of these shirts are pretty awesome, you'll love them. New hat design. Have a look, can't hurt . Don't forget to enter the coupon information (found at the top of the shirt page) to get the 25% discount. For a sample of my niece in a DH shirt, see below.
Phoenix has signed 2007 draft pick goaltender Joel Gistedt to an entry level contract. With Bryzgalov, Tellqvist and Montoya ahead of him, I wouldn't worry too much about him right now.
Johnny Pohl has signed a contract to play in the Swiss League next year. I don't think he gave NHL free agency a fair shot, so the money must be decent over there.
Johan Franzen took a high hit from Gary Roberts and was writhing on the ice. He left the game, but returned for the last couple of minutes. Still, it was a head shot and it wouldn't surprise me if we later found out he would be out again.
The Penguins are accusing Chris Osgood of diving. Judging by his performance when Mike Ribeiro gave him a love tap last round, I'm inclined to agree.
Bruno St. Jacques has signed to play in the German League.
Andrei Zyuzin will go back to Russia. He signed to play in the RSL next season.
With four days left, the Panthers still have not signed Michael Frolik. Failing to sign him by 5pm on June 1 will mean that he will re-enter the draft.
