The Ducks have signed newly-acquired Joakim Lindstrom to a one-year deal. I will try and find out if it is one-way or two-way. If a one-way, look for Lindstrom to get an opportunity on the second line. He is ranked 91st on my Fantasy Prospects List, but with the new team he moves up and if this contract is one-way he moves way up.
M.E. Vlasic has signed a four-year contract extension with the Sharks, beginning at the end of this season. This is a huge signal that the team really likes where this kid is heading and that they will do what they can to see that he heads there.
The Kings signed two of their 2008 draft picks: Viatcheslav Voynov, defenseman (2nd round) and Andrei Loktionov, forward (5th round) to entry-level deals. All this means is that they plan to come to North America – they are a long ways away from a roster spot.
