If you can read this link, you will see that Janne Pesonen has signed with Ak Bars Kazan of the KHL for next season.

Buffalo goaltender Adam Dennis has signed to play in the Italian League next season.

Jiri Hudler’s agent did indeed agree to a two-year contract with the Red Wings, but that was just to ensure that the Wings would retain his rights if he every changed his mind about the KHL. He is definitely playing in Russia this year.

Some cracks begin to show in the Reinsdorf bid, full story is here. It would seem that the NHL is really flailing in the water, trying to stay afloat. If Balsillie had have done this process properly, he would easily own this team by now. Instead he went straight through the back door and right for the jugular.
