The contests here at DobberHockey continue! Read on to find out about the details, rules, and winning prize for Free Agent Frenzy 2010!

The Details:

Of the following players, send me an e-mail ([email protected]) with the team you think each player will end up signing with on or after July 1st. Include the term of the contract (length, not dollar figure), as I will use that as the tiebreaker. Make sure to read the rules first!

Forwards:

Ilya Kovalchuk

Alex Frolov

Derek Boogaard

Ray Whitney

Paul Kariya

Olli Jokinen

Matt Lombardi

Lee Stempniak

Defensemen:

Pavel Kubina

Anton Volchenkov

Paul Martin

Dan Hamhuis

Zbynek Michalek

Sergei Gonchar

Henrik Tallinder

Goaltenders:

Chris Mason

Marty Turco

Evgeni Nabokov

Vesa Toskala

The Rules:

The contract term only comes into effect as a tiebreaker. For example, if two submissions correctly predict nine of the 15 teams, the submission with the most correct term predictions for the nine correct teams will win.

The submission that gets 10 of 15 teams right and none of the contract terms right will still beat the submission that gets nine of the 15 teams right and all nine of nine terms correct as well. I hope that is clear!

If any of the players sign before July 1st, they will be removed from the lists and won't count towards the final tally, regardless of whether you have already submitted your list or not. There is no real advantage in waiting until the last minute, unless you think you can dig up an inside scoop or two.

Submissions are due by midnight PST on June 30th, 2010 (Wednesday).
