My Top 10 Fantasy Goats of 2010-11 is now posted over at Puck Daddy.

15-year-old Aaron Ekblad has been given “exceptional player” status by the OHL, a status that has not been given to a player since John Tavares.

He’s still signed to play in the KHL for three more years, but Alexander Radulov still owns a condo in Nashville.

Today is the final day of voting for the eight remaining entries of the DobberHockey “farm team” name. Link is here.

Three more points for Corey Perry, two more for Lubomir Visnovsky and one for Teemu Selanne. All three made my Top 10 Fantasy MVPs in my upcoming Puck Daddy article. Today's column features the Goats, tomorrow will be the MVPs. Perry is up to 89 points now, and since I had his upside at 90 I now have to adjust my charts. I rarely have to do this – I hate it when a player beats the upside. It sullies the term "upside". It's not an upside if the player beats it. So I take that as a fail on my part.

Visnovsky is running away with the d-man scoring lead. He'll have 67 points or so when he's through.

Ray Emery is undefeated – 6-0-0, 0.935 and 1.90. Beauty! What a solid comeback, this guy steps up.

Jhonas Enroth posted his first NHL shutout. He's NHL ready, but when will there be room? Another Schneider/Luongo situation brewing here.

Ryan Miller is day-to-day with a UBI. Miller took a shot off of what I figure was his collarbone, somehow missing the padding, when they played the Leafs.  He's considered day-to-day, but with Enroth winning games I don't see the need to rush.

Jeff Skinner's three points in a game in which the Hurricanes had to win, probably sealed the Calder Trophy. If he can top 60 points, then that's more than enough. Corey Crawford getting 34 wins can't compete with that. My Crawford stance hinged on Skinner falling short of 60, but he's at 58 now and he got those three points in such a key game.

Thomas McCollum got into his first career NHL game, but unfortunately it was during St. Louis' target practice. He gave up three goals on eight shots. Joey McDonald gave up seven on 39.

Thankfully, Jimmy Howard is targeting Saturday for a return.

Only two Blues' skaters failed to register a point in that 10-3 win: Pietrangelo and Colaiacovo.

Matt D'Agostini has 13 points in his last 10 games.

Jiri Hudler was a minus-4 in that contest. Amazingly, Nick Lidstrom was a minus-3.

Michael Grabner missed last night's contest because his girlfriend is/will/was (?) giving birth.

Don't forget to join the free Fan Duel pool over at DobberBaseball. Details here (and pick up a fantasy guide while you're over there). One more day to enter.

It looks like Saturday for Zach Parise. Travis Zajac is rejoicing.

Dennis Wideman has a UBI and is doubtful/questionable for the game against the Jackets.

The Preds have signed Austin Watson to a ELC. He will not play in the AHL or NHL next season, but will get a long look in 2012 if all goes well.

The Blackhawks have signed Jimmy Hayes to an ELC. Hayes is quite a ways away and by no means a certainty for the bigs.

Breathe a sigh of relief folks – Anze Kopitar's surgery was "successful". Whew. I just had this premonition that it would be announced as "unsuccessful". I'm glad I was wrong.

Even unsuccessful surgeries are announced as successful, so tossing that word into a headline is bordering on stupid. We generally don't find out if the surgery was unsuccessful until weeks later.

The Oilers signed goalie Olivier Roy to an ELC. I think he could be a surprise youngster within two years. But it's very dependent on opportunity (i.e. injuries on the depth chart above him – hey, that's how Steve Mason got started earlier than expected, and how Kevin Poulin got an early jump).

Daymond Langkow has been cleared for full-contact. If this team needs him bad enough, he could squeak into a couple of games this season.

Konopka vs. Clarkson:
