We feed right into the trade deadline frenzy, beginning with our annual chat with Lyle Richardson of Spector's Hockey. He's going to tell you why some teams might have a harder time dealing this year, which teams will be active, which rumours are definitely bunk, and– I swear– he'll also predict the future, calling a trade during our chat about 5 hours before it formally went down. Then, I'm going to take a few minutes to go over the deadline's fantasy implications, using last year's events to try and figure out how much a deadline move might hurt or hamper a player's numbers for the rest of their season. And finally, Nashville Predators writer extraordinaire Dirk Hoag joins me to talk about what's different in Nashville this year, which Predators deserve more credit than they get, and review a couple of their defensive prospects' performances.
