Let’s check in on the latest news regarding NHL injuries…

Before the injury updates, thought it would be beneficial to go over the NHL IR rules. A player placed on IR is ineligible to play in NHL games for a period no less than seven days. A player placed on long-term IR is unavailable for 10 games and 24 calendar days. Just thought this information would help when you see a player has been placed on IR or LTIR.

Check out the latest injury updates heading into the Christmas break.
