Panthers Sign Jussi Jokinen

Fantasy Impact: The Jussi Jokinen has signed a four-year deal with the Florida Panthers ($16 million).
The Panthers get: a versatile forward capable of playing any position and on any line – from scoring to checking.
Fantasy Players Impacted: The Penguins had a lot of injuries over the last year and Jokinen saw plenty of time on a scoring line with either Evgeni Malkin or Sidney Crosby. As a result, he tallied 57 points. He’s not getting that in Florida. In fact, 45 would be pushing it. Between this signing and the youngsters coming up through the system, Scottie Upshall is in danger of losing his hold on a scoring line. He was miscast there anyway.
