The hottest lines in fantasy hockey for Week 15.

This week saw a new illness enter the picture. Okay, who called mono? Oops. Keep in mind, some leagues consider this an extended week. Now it is time to go "Between The Lines".

Lead Us Forwards

Nick FolignoRyan JohansenScott Hartnell (Columbus) – You thought the crooked point total weeks were over and yet that answer would be wrong. When one sees an 18-point week, they stand up and take notice. LA's "Million Dollar Line" did this last month. However, Nick Foligno and Ryan Johansen have been incredibly consistent this season. With Scott Hartnell in the mix, they are that much more dynamic. This is also a rare case where the line was together for 100% of their points in Week 14. This line has to score for Columbus to be effective so they are must starts for this Week 15.

Marian HossaBrandon SaadJonathan Toews (Chicago) – The Blackhawks scored some goals this week, didn't they? The Jonathan Toews line racked up 13 points together on the week. Marian Hossa and Toews had six points each and Chicago once again looked like that unstoppable force that just keeps producing offense, especially at even strength. Chicago did not have one player in the top 30 for ice time on the power play this week. That was a bit surprising but no matter, their schedule was gold. This week, play them again and watch for a few power play points.

Patrick KaneBryan BickellBrad Richards (Chicago) – What the hell? Yes Brad Richards had seven points on the week, including two goals and five assists. More stunning was that Bryan Bickell had four goals. Yes, Patrick Kane had a very nice week with six points but that does not surprise fantasy owners. Frequency percentages (10% first and second lines) are quirky with Chicago in the last week as lots of combinations were tried so wait a week and see if these lines actually stay together before stacking in daily leagues. In the meantime, enjoy the production.

Defend This

Roman JosiShea Weber (Nashville) – Mostly thanks to Nashville's game in Minnesota, Roman Josi and Shea Weber led the way with six points as a pairing in Week 14. Were you really surprised? Josi had three points and hey so did Weber. They were also around 26:00 of ice time a contest in the last week (7th and 8th respectively among defensemen). Nashville just keeps on rolling and if you are lucky to have one of these two, just roll them right along this week.

Aaron EkbladBrian Campbell (Florida) – If you like watching a pairing where the torch is being passed then it was great to see Brian Campbell score twice in as many games this week. Aaron Ekblad took a bit of a back seat but was solid defensively as Florida is now a season high nine games over .500. The number one pick did have three assists on the week as the Panthers were scoring over three goals a game once again for a week. Florida has a bit tougher schedule leading up to the break but this odd couple of sorts could see more playing time together even when Dmitri Kulikov is 100%.

Jack JohnsonDavid Savard (Columbus) – Defensive pairings often flop around and change but David Savard and Jack Johnson might stick for a little bit anyway. Johnson's defensive shortcomings have been well documented but Savard has a booming shot and plays a little better in his own end. Yes, they can have adventures together but this second duo for Columbus makes it work. It will be more interesting in future weeks how they gel at even strength because on the power play, they make perfect sense. Just keep an eye out to see what the coaching staff does here.
