The goods on Vatanen, Seguin, Perreault, Fasth and other injured players around the NHL

Dallas Stars suffer a huge loss with the Tyler Seguin injury. Calgary Flames could send Sam Bennett to the AHL on a conditioning stint. Other updates include Vatanen, Bobrovsky and more.

 

ANAHEIM – Sami Vatanen (lower body) will miss 4-6 weeks.

ANAHEIM – Matt Beleskey (upper body) will miss 2-4 weeks.

ANAHEIM – Frederik Andersen (neck) is increasing his workload on the ice and could be ready for full practice by end of the week. He is questionable to play this weekend.

NEW JERSEY – Ryane Clowe (concussion) will not return this season and next season in questionable.

ISLANDERS – Casey Cizikas (lower body) has been placed on injured reserve retroactive to February 16.

ISLANDERS – Kyle Okposo (eye) had surgery three weeks ago and still isn't skating. Timeline of 6-8 weeks is looking on target.

RANGERS – Henrik Lundqvist (neck) was on the ice prior to team practice on February 18.

OTTAWA –Robin Lehner (upper body) continues to be evaluated and is most likely out for game on February 18.

OTTAWA – Clarke MacArthur (undisclosed) continues to be evaluated and is most likely out for game on February 18.

OTTAWA – Chris Neil (thumb) is out indefinitely with a fractured left thumb.

OTTAWA – Craig Anderson (hand)

PHILADELPHIA – Steve Mason (knee) was on the ice on February 18 with goalie coach.

PHILADELPHIA – Kimmo Timonen (leg) hopes to play in 7-10 days.

PITTSBURGH – Christian Ehrhoff (concussion) is getting closer, needs to practice with contact. He participated in game day skate on February 17.

TORONTO – Joffrey Lupul (lower body) did not aggravate earlier injury and it's more of a case of the issue not being 100%

VANCOUVER – Alex Edler (upper body) is week-to-week.

WINNIPEG – Drew Stafford (upper body) missed practice on February 18. He will skate on Thursday and could play against Washington.

WINNIPEG – Mathieu Perreault (lower body) could miss the remainder of the regular season.
