The goods on Vatanen, Seguin, Perreault, Fasth and other injured players around the NHL

Dallas Stars suffer a huge loss with the Tyler Seguin injury. Calgary Flames could send Sam Bennett to the AHL on a conditioning stint. Other updates include Vatanen, Bobrovsky and more.

 

ANAHEIMSami Vatanen (lower body) will miss 4-6 weeks.

ANAHEIMMatt Beleskey (upper body) will miss 2-4 weeks.

ANAHEIMFrederik Andersen (neck) is increasing his workload on the ice and could be ready for full practice by end of the week. He is questionable to play this weekend.

NEW JERSEYRyane Clowe (concussion) will not return this season and next season in questionable.

ISLANDERSCasey Cizikas (lower body) has been placed on injured reserve retroactive to February 16.

ISLANDERSKyle Okposo (eye) had surgery three weeks ago and still isn't skating. Timeline of 6-8 weeks is looking on target.

RANGERSHenrik Lundqvist (neck) was on the ice prior to team practice on February 18.

OTTAWARobin Lehner (upper body) continues to be evaluated and is most likely out for game on February 18.

OTTAWAClarke MacArthur (undisclosed) continues to be evaluated and is most likely out for game on February 18.

OTTAWAChris Neil (thumb) is out indefinitely with a fractured left thumb.

OTTAWACraig Anderson (hand)

PHILADELPHIASteve Mason (knee) was on the ice on February 18 with goalie coach.

PHILADELPHIAKimmo Timonen (leg) hopes to play in 7-10 days.

PITTSBURGHChristian Ehrhoff (concussion) is getting closer, needs to practice with contact. He participated in game day skate on February 17.

TORONTOJoffrey Lupul (lower body) did not aggravate earlier injury and it's more of a case of the issue not being 100%

VANCOUVERAlex Edler (upper body) is week-to-week.

WINNIPEGDrew Stafford (upper body) missed practice on February 18. He will skate on Thursday and could play against Washington.

WINNIPEGMathieu Perreault (lower body) could miss the remainder of the regular season.
