Pittsburgh Signs KHL Free Agent Sergei Plotnikov

Fantasy Impact: The Pittsburgh Penguins have signed KHL free agent Sergei Plotnikov to a one-year deal.
The Penguins get: an undrafted forward who is potentially a top-six guy. Naturally, as a Russian player, the expectation is that he will get a shot in training camp to play with Evgeni Malkin. If that works, then Plotnikov could have an impact on fantasy leagues not unlike what Jori Lehtera had last year (with the Blues). The Plotnikov signing became official today, but was announced in my Ramblings last week.
1. Plotnikov
2. Malkin
Fantasy Players this hurts, in order:
1. Kunitz (or Perron – likely Kunitz)
2. Bennett
3. Dupuis
Fantasy owners both love and hate this signing. Your thoughts? (click here)
