Lots of movement over the past week. I’ve sorted it all out for you. You’re welcome.

Here is a list of the fantasy hockey breakdowns we’ve done, in alphabetical order of the key player. For easy reference:

Mike Green Could thrive as the top dog in the right city (DET)
Karri Ramo This year’s Jaroslav Halak? Re-signed (Calgary)
Mike Ribeiro Will likely be a Pred. Legal issues will hurt options Re-signed (NSH)
Cody Franson As long as it’s not Nashville, he’ll surprise this year
Martin St. Louis Needs a stud centerman (Retired)
Alexander Semin He’s awesome. He’s awesome not. He’s awesome. He’s awesome not. He’s…
Michael Frolik With the $ he’s looking for, he’ll be a scoring-line player (CGY)
Matt Beleskey Don’t overrate – only good for 65 games. Keep that in mind (BOS)
Justin Williams He is what he is: 45-point player, and playoff stud (WSH)
Chris Stewart Boom or bust – we’ve seen him thrive on some teams, bomb on others
Antoine Vermette Best-case scenario is a 50-point second-line center on a weak team (ARI)
Cody Hodgson Desperately needs star linemates to prop him up/revive career (NSH)
Stephen Weiss An injury derailed a hot streak last season that saw 10 points in 9 games
Michal Neuvirth Probably won’t get a starting job anywhere, but perhaps as a 1B? (PHI)
Eric Fehr Now we’re down to the possible 40-point forwards on the list
Jiri Tlusty Barring a Crosby linemate, shouldn’t garner fantasy interest
Jhonas Enroth See Neuvirth, Michal (LA)
Andrej Sekera Defensive specialist can produce if put in that role. Watch where he goes (EDM)
Brad Richards Can he eke out one last 40-point season? (DET)
Shawn Matthias 18 goals last year, entering prime. Could get 25-20-45 on right team
Curtis Glencross He is what he is – on any team
Mike Santorelli We’ve seen him be a good fantasy player on some teams. Bust on others
PA Parenteau Proven that he can be a stud with Tavares or Duchene on his line. That’s it. (TOR)
Lee Stempniak As with most on this list, is dependent on linemates for fantasy value
Rich Peverley Pursuing a return. Not yet cleared to play. But shone on Seguin-Benn line
Michael Ryder I don’t hold much faith that there’s another 20-goal season in him
Steve Downie Flashes of fantasy value last season in certain situations (ARI)
Blake Comeau Thrived with Malkin before injury. Let’s hope he re-signs (COL)
Tomas Fleischmann Career as a scorer probably over, but you never know
Matt Donovan Never given the opportunity with the Isles. Long shot (BUF)
Martin Erat See Fleischmann, Tomas
Mark Barberio As with Donovan, was never given huge offensive role with former team (MTL)
Patrick Eaves Thrived with Seguin, but is King Band-Aid.Re-signed (DAL)
Viktor Fasth Injuries coupled with inconsistency drilled his value down to nothingness
Mark Arcobello Teams don’t seem to want to give him a chance, despite production (TOR)

Keeping Karlsson Short Shifts – The Wilkes-Jarry Penguins

Elizabeth and Lewis are back to take listeners through a host of power play changes that are giving managers the opportunity to get exposure to great players off the waiver wire, including Philly, Jersey, and Tampa talk. They also cover Jarry’s AHL demotion, Cooley’s ascension to the top-line and powerplay, and injuries to Tavares and Hintz. The duo wrap up with some hot and cold streak deep dives, including discussion of the Red Wings crazy powerplay success in the last ten games, whether Erik Gustafsson is rosterable or an overperforming illusion, Fantilli’s continued success, Merilainen as Hamburglar 2.0, and whether Schenn’s success and Neighbours’ lack thereof are likely to continue.
