The Top 100 goalies to own in a fantasy hockey keeper league, January edition
Goalies are rated by their current season, how things look for next season, and longer-term upside. They are also measured by proneness to injury, track record and their place on the team's depth chart. Mixing in prospects that measure upside and wait time – but this is a tough position to measure and since most prospects rarely become fantasy relevant before the age of 25, they tend to get more emphasis as they move into their 20s. Goalies are ranked by 'Tier' – and two goalies in the same Tier should be considered virtually equal in fantasy value.
Below, I present to you the Top 30. To see goalies ranked 31 to 100, please find the rest of the list over at GoaliePost.com (Click Top 100 Goalies in main menu)

no Ryan Miller? He’s one of the top goalies in the league at the moment.
Feel free to keep him in your league, although there’s a good chance he’s not in the NHL next season.
He will be in the league next year , especially given the way he has played this season . . . the Nucks will likely re-sign him, as Markstrom isn’t ready to be No. 1 and Demko isn’t ready to be No. 2 . . . why Markstrom would be listed and not Miller is beyond me . . . if it’s an age thing, what about Luongo? . . . he’s older than Miller, while Lundqvist and Rinne are almost as old
It’s a keeper league. Why would you protect Miller when you can get him off of the waiver wire?
What’s he doing on the waiver wire? He’s 7-2 since Xmas and leads the league (among goalies with more than one start) with a SV% of .945 and a GAA of 1.70. Is nobody paying attention?
Oh, Marc. Send me your contact info. You can join my league and we’ll let you pick Miller in any round you wish.
Talbot at 6 says a lot. His numbers don’t lie. Think he’ll eventually break into that top-five bubble?
