Considered are: history of success, likelihood of quality starts this season and next, how many years away they are (if a prospect), projected wins, proneness to injury, position on the depth chart, quality of the team they are on, and age.
Compare goalies based on their tiers. I left the actual ranking in there for those who like to split hairs.
