Here are the Top 100 goaltenders to own in your keeper league – July edition

Late with these due to the Fantasy Guide (out now – buy it here!) crunch, but expect rankings to be posted all week (skaters, defensemen, prospects)! Goalies within the same Tier should be considered equal and at the draft table I'd be just as happy picking one goalie as another within tiers.

Again – rankings are there by popular demand, but honestly just consider tiers. This position fluctuates so often it's best not to have favorites – if Carey Price can stumble as badly as he did, then nobody is safe. If you start getting hung up on which goalie is better, within tiers, then you'll only drive yourself nuts. They're all the same. Factors include proneness to injury (risk), recent reliability (looking back three seasons, how many times did they get 33 wins?), depth chart, shared goalie situation, team success and more. Comes down to how much can you count on them – and can you count on them for this year or this year and beyond? The only 'true' reliables to count on are the young goalies who are on successful teams on the rise, have proven success and stay relatively healthy (the two guys in 'Tier 0')
