Welcome back to the Top 100 Roto.

For newcomers joining us, this Top 100 is driven by a set of categories. Know that this is not a points-only ranking, rather a Roto Ranking geared towards Rotisserie and Head-to-Head leagues. The categories included are G, A, PIM, PPP, Hits, Blocks, GWG and SOG. This list is also built towards winning now, not next year or the year after. Now.

Highlighting the shuffle is a new Top 10. Connor McDavid and Brad Marchand enter the mix of Tier 1 players to focus on draft day. This updated list also shows the importance of elite defensemen with seven blue liners featured in the Top 25. This is especially true in Fantasy leagues which include the hits + blocked shots combination of categories.

The changing of guard – players such as Shea Weber (IR), Dustin Brown and David Backes have been replaced with fresh blood. Enter Matthew Tkachuk, Pierre-Luc Dubois and Sebastien Aho. Yes, taking risks on young power forwards is always a challenge, however these three are primed for decent finishes.

As always, feel free to leave a comment with any of your Roto questions!
