DFS Tuesday: Rangers Riding Hot and Calgary’s New Lines

Coming down from my sugar-high, as I had fewer trick-or-treaters than I'd bought candy for…. I think Tage Thompson probably understands this "high" after his 6-point, 9-shot night, eh? But getting down to business, I was looking at unsustainable numbers both for highs and lows, and drawing up potential stacks for fantasy plays tonight. With a nod to Rick Roos, and his Goldilocks comparisons on this site:
Too hot: Mika Zibanejad vs Philadelphia. In one of my leagues, Zibby ranks first overall thus far, Vincent Trocheck 7th, Artemi Panarin 13th, and Chris Kreider and Jacob Trouba join them in the top 50. I'd say the party is likely to continue, as (equally too hot) Carter Hart comes back to earth.
Too cold: Calgary's top line. In the same league, Elias Lindholm, Jonathan Huberdeau, and Tyler Toffoli are all ranked below player #200, and will be broken up tonight against the Kraken, giving Nazem Kadri the top-line center position. Jacob Markstrom is the 17th-ranked goalkeeper! That won't last. Pick your own favorites here, but Calgary isn't an also-ran.
Just right: The raining-down of offensive barrage from the Florida Panthers, taking on the Coyotes in the cozy Mullett Arena. Expect 50 shots, with Sam Reinhart getting off the schneid and Matthew Tkachuk proving he's been worth the value he was traded for.
My (DraftKings) lineup for tonight: G: Igor Shesterkin ($8300) now that Jacob Markstrom is confirmed not to start; FLA stack Tkachuk ($8000), Barkov ($6700), and Forsling ($5800); CGY stack Lindholm ($5300) and Huberdeau ($5300); and NYR affordable top-6 wings Alexis Lafreniere ($3300) and Kaapo Kakko ($3600), and I'm left with one defenseman… Nils Lundkvist ($3700) at home against the Kings on their B2B, and Miro Heiskanen still a game-time decision for tonight? It's what fits, anyway.
Going back to my Hershey bars now.
