Dobbernomics – Registration for the Playoffs (2025) Now Open

Why not join? A great way to stay involved in fantasy hockey over the next couple of months. And it’s free!

You start here.

Your team is automatically entered into the Global League when you put one in. If you want to create your own league, do that first.

Fill in your team under a $50M salary cap. You have unlimited transactions to start, so you can fill your team and revise it many times. But once rosters lock 15 minutes before the first game, you will start with 18 transactions. Your team will get 3 transactions added every Monday and every Thursday. Plus, if you login for 7 days in a row you get a bonus transaction. Add/remove (or “buy” and “sell”) every day to try to maximize your points, increase your roster value, and win the game! Bring in a bunch of your friends and have your own contest within a contest.

*Note – if you ever see blank pages or you don’t see your team or league, remember to click at the top that you are in “Playoffs”. (Similarly, if you’re still setting lineups for regular season, make sure you’re “not” in the playoff mode)

Furthermore, make sure when browsing players that your team is selected so that the game knows which of your teams to add the player to (some people have multiple teams, most people do not, but this is why we have it this way).

Here is a snippet of the player page and their values:

This is a free game, yet there are prizes if you come out on top!

Reminder – rosters are locked 15 minutes before the first game starts and are locked for two hours. They are unlocked for the next day’s games.

You can play this game on your web browser, or download the free app (iPhone here, Android here – please rate and review, I could use your support!)

Manage a team of 12 players (7F, 3D, 2G) and you have 50M of cap room to play with. Once the hockey season starts, your team accumulates fantasy points based on real life performance of the players on your roster. But the value – or price – of a player is dynamic and will change daily based on how often a player is added (bought) and dropped (sold) within all of the Dobbernomics fantasy leagues, across all teams. Economics meets fantasy hockey!
