With one month of the season now in the books, many players have moved either up or down from their preseason rank. On top of that, injuries and other absences longer than a week have pulled more players out of the top 100. All of this is to say that the deck has been reshuffled in our updated top 100.

The stat categories for the Roto Rankings as of September are as follows: Goals, Assists, Power-Play Points, Shots on Goal, Hits, and Blocked Shots. These rankings are different from keeper rankings in that they don't extend beyond the current season. These rankings could even be used to determine relative trade value between two or more players listed.

For injuries, players that are on LTIR or are on extended IR absences will be moved out of the rankings into the Injured section. Players whose injuries are shorter term will be left in the rankings but may be moved down.
