Update: Problem fixed. If you downloaded the Fantasy Prospects Report yesterday, you may want to do it again as I made some additions. Ryan Johansen and Brayden McNabb, which had disappeared into cut/paste purgatory, are back in. I also added profiles for Andy Miele, Taylor Doherty, Matt Frattin, Aaron Palushaj and two other players who I won't name because they make decent dark horses and I don't want to give the names up to the non-paying public!

The Blues have had a busy morning – five-year extension for Roman Polak ($2.75 million per), and a three-year extension for Vlad Sobotka (money not announced yet).

Polak is an absolute monster, but his fantasy value is limited. Sobotka has value in deeper leagues, and he proved last season he can step in to a top six spot in case of injury quite well.

Johnny Boychuk has been on the ice for Boston’s last seven goals against. In a game with such good goaltending, one mistake was more than enough. Boychuk got caught running Kesler, opening up Torres back door.

Jannik Hansen continues his strong postseason. He was Vancouver’s most noticeable forward – throwing hits, making plays, using his speed. He’ll probably top out as a third liner, but he may have some upside in the right situation (more ice time). He seems to get better as the games get more important.

Alex Burrows bite – guesses? Fine? Suspension? I’ll say he gets one game. Stupid play, even if Bergeron shoves his fingers in there. Will be interesting to see how Colin Campbell Mike Murphy (Brendan, take note) handles this one.

In his last 13 games, Roberto Luongo hasn’t lost back to back and has given up more than two goals only three times.

Ryan Johansen is the second best prospect in the world (drafted players), in my opinion. Why? Read this, and this.

Tim Erixon to the Rangers… interesting trade. Jay Feaster’s hands were tied – he offered Erixon the maximum he could under the CBA, but the talented Swede (and Calgary’s best prospect) refused to sign.

The Flames turned Erixon into Roman Horak and a few draft picks. Horak is a prospect with top six upside who has spent the past two years in the WHL. He will need at least one season at the AHL level before making the leap.

Interesting to note – Horak’s WHL linemate with Chilliwack was Calgary prospect and sniper Ryan Howse. You can bet the two will lineup together in Abbotsford next season.

It's been over a decade since the Red Wings have drafted an elite talent. Franzen and Howard are both very good players, but I wouldn't consider either elite.

Henrik Zetterberg in 2000 has been the most recent. Right now, Brendan Smith is the best bet to develop into an elite defenseman among Detroit prospects. Up front, there are a few candidates, including Gustav Nyqvist and Tomas Tatar.

However, Detroit's most skilled prospect is one who doesn't get much attention – Swede Calle Jarnkrok. Jarnkrok will spend at least one more year over in Sweden, but the Wings believe he can step right into the NHL once he makes the move over.

Buffalo signed their top pick from 2010 to a contract yesterday. Mark Pysyk, a skilled defenseman, recently finished his fourth season with the Edmonton Oil Kings of the WHL.

Ding dong, the witch is dead. I've shared my thoughts on Colin Campbell enough – I'll leave it at that.

I chuckled when I saw this – I hope more than a few of you get the reference!

Dobber commented yesterday on the Kevin Dineen signing by Florida, and I'll do the same today. I love the move. Dineen has worked wonders with both Buffalo and Anaheim prospects. Buffalo has had three straight AHL Top Rookies. Anaheim's team is largely comprised of players who have come up through the system.

Florida doesn't have much now but there is some hope in the pipeline – Markstrom, Robak, Gudbranson, Bjugstad, Howden, and so on. They'll get a solid prospect at the draft this year, as well.

Mark Recchi played about 15 minutes. Tyler Seguin played about six. Time to flip those numbers around, Claude.

Minnesota prospect Matt Hackett has held the Binghamton Sens to four goals through the first three games of the Calder Cup Final in the AHL.

Patrick O’Sullivan had two helpers for the Aeros last night in their win (he assisted on the only two goals they scored). His NHL days are done unless some team gets really, really desperate.
