NHL Injury Update: The latest on O'Reilly, Huberdeau, Petry, McDonagh, Giroux, Nash, Malkin and many others.

Can the St. Louis Blues ever ice their entire lineup? They are seventh in man-games lost this year and have missed contributions from key players throughout the year due to injuries. Find out which Blue got injured and more in this week’s IR Report.

Arizona Coyotes: Anders Lindback– After successfully repairing his Achilles tendon on Friday, Lindback will miss the rest of the season. Mike Smith is on the road with the team and could be back within a week.

Arizona Coyotes: Oliver Ekman-Larsson– Ekman-Larsson was able to participate in Monday night’s game against the Capitals after he was day-to-day with a lower-body injury.

Boson Bruins: Torey Krug– After leaving Saturday’s game early due to a right shoulder injury, Krug is fine and was able to play in Monday’s contest.

Buffalo Sabres: Ryan O’Reilly– A lower-body injury will keep O’Reilly off the ice for the next three-to-four weeks.

Buffalo Sabres: Cody Franson– After sustaining an injury in Friday’s game and missing Monday’s game, Franson is traveling with the Sabres and could be good to go Wednesday.

Calgary Flames: Ladislav Smid– Smid has been placed on injured reserve by the Flames and will miss at least Calgary’s next three games.

Carolina Hurricanes: Justin Faulk– After missing the past few games with a leg injury, Faulk was able to return to the ice Tuesday against the Flyers.

Colorado Avalanche: Nathan MacKinnon– MacKinnon missed practice on Tuesday because of an illness and is day-to-day.

Colorado Avalanche: Semyon Varlamov– Varlamov also missed practice because of an illness and likely forces Calvin Pickard to start against the Sharks Wednesday.

Dallas Stars: Patrick Eaves– Eaves is day-to-day with an illness that forced him to miss Tuesday's game.

Detroit Red Wings: Niklas Kronwall– After being activated from injured reserve, Kronwall returned to the lineup in last night’s game against Columbus.

Edmonton Oilers: Eric Gryba– A knee injury will keep Gryba out of action for at least a month.

Florida Panthers: Jonathan Huberdeau– While Huberdeau has been making progress, he isn’t expected to play in Florida’s game on tomorrow.

Los Angeles Kings: Anze Kopitar– Kopitar was able to play Tuesday after recovering from a lower-body injury.

Los Angeles Kings: Jordan Nolan– Nolan is day-to-day with an undisclosed injury.

Minnesota Wild: Jason Zucker– Zucker was not able to play in last night’s game and is considered day-to-day.

Montreal Canadiens: Tom Gilbert– After having surgery on his left knee, Gilbert will miss the rest of the season.

Montreal Canadiens: Jeff Petry– Petry still isn’t ready to return from a lower-body injury suffered earlier this month but he has been skating with the team.

Montreal Canadiens: Dale Weise– Weise is day-to-day with an illness.

Montreal Canadiens: Nathan Beaulieu– A lower-body injury will keep Beaulieu from traveling with the Canadiens to Washington Wednesday.

Nashville Predators: Shea Weber– Weber is day-to-day with a lower-body injury that kept him out of Tuesday night’s game.

Nashville Predators: Barret Jackman– Jackman was able to make his return Tuesday after missing the previous game due to an upper-body injury.

New York Islanders: Mikhail Grabovski– An upper-body injury kept Grabovski from playing in last night’s contest against Minnesota.

New York Rangers: Rick Nash– Nash was unable to practice with the Rangers and his status is still unclear.

New York Rangers: Marc Staal– Staal missed Tuesday's contest against the Devils because of a lower-body injury. The Rangers called up Brady Skjei to replace him.

New York Rangers: Ryan McDonaghRyan McDonagh does not have a concussion and hopes to return either tomorrow or Saturday.

Philadelphia Flyers: Claude Giroux– Giroux couldn’t play in yesterday’s game against the Hurricanes because of an upper-body injury. He will miss Thursday's game as well, and there is no timetable for his return. But the suspicion is that he has a concussion. Given his concussion history, fantasy owners should be concerned.

Philadelphia Flyers: Steve Mason– Mason is feeling better after injuring his leg on Saturday.

Philadelphia Flyers: Michael Del Zotto– Del Zotto will miss the rest of the season as he recovers from ligament repair surgery.

Philadelphia Flyers: Sean Couturier– Couturier was able to make his return in yesterday’s game.

Philadelphia Flyers: Jordan Weal– Weal is expected to return within a week or two.

Pittsburgh Penguins: Evgeni Malkin– Malkin has been ruled out of Wednesday's game and is still recovering from a lower-body injury that has kept him out of action since February second. He is practicing though, so he should be back by the weekend.

San Jose Sharks: Tommy Wingels– Wingels will be “out for the near future”, according to Sharks coach Peter Deboer.

San Jose Sharks: Matt Tennyson- Tennyson likely has a concussion but will still travel with the team.

St. Louis Blues: Alexander Steen– An upper-body injury will keep Steen out for at least a month.

St. Louis Blues: Brian Elliott– Elliott will miss the next four weeks with a lower-body injury. And just when Jake Allen returns from his injury, Elliot goes down for the next month. He was having a great run too, winning seven of his past 10 games and posting a save percentage over .920 in seven of the same amount of games. At least Allen owners will be relieved to know that their goalie will be getting the majority of the Blues starts from now on, considering that the Blues don’t have a lot of options beyond Allen. Before Elliott got injured, there was speculation that Allen and Elliott might split time due to Elliott’s recent success but it’s Allen’s net now.

Tampa Bay Lightning: Nikita Kucherov– A lower-body injury prevented Kucherov from playing in last night’s game against Arizona and is day-to-day. He practiced on Wednesday with the Triplets line so the expectation is that he will be back Friday.

Toronto Maple Leafs: James van Riemsdyk– While it was initially projected that JVR would miss six-to-eight weeks, it may actually take longer for van Riemsdyk to return.

Vancouver Canucks: Radim Vrbata– Vrbata is only expected to miss a week.

Washington Capitals: Marcus Johansson– Johansson is questionable for today’s game after he missed practice yesterday.

Winnipeg Jets: Bryan Little– There’s a chance that Little will be able to make his return this week either against the Stars on Thursday or the Penguins on Saturday.

Mason supposedly had leg cramps due to dehydration which is why he got pulled from the recent game. He is fine, not injured.
