Sunday's helper gives Luke Hughes seven points in his last seven outings. Hughes is seeing more power-play opportunity with Dougie Hamilton out for an 'extended period of time' and probably should be rostered in more than 48% of Yahoo Leagues.
Ivan Fedotov hasn't allowed more than two goals in each of his last three appearances. On the flip side, Sam Ersson has given up at least four goals in three of his last four outings. Fedotov should earn more opportunity with his strong play of late.
Sunday's matinee featured a couple of Devils' debuts as Cody Glass and Daniel Sprong played their first game since the trade deadline. They skated beside each other on New Jersey's third line, which was completed by Erik Haula.
Through 12:21 of action, Glass managed a goal, block and two hits.
Through 11:24, Sprong racked up three shots and two hits.
I can't help but feel like there's some untapped potential with Glass, who's been limited by injuries and a lack of role stability over his six years in the NHL. Still, this third line role probably won't make him relevant in most fantasy leagues. Glass and Sprong strengthen New Jersey's depth but probably have more real-world value for the Devils than fantasy value for your roster.
Tyson Foerster finished with a game-high 23 minutes and 25 seconds of action. He's cracked the 20-minute mark in both games Philly has played after the trade deadline – when forwards Andrei Kuzmenko and Scott Laughton were traded away. Foerster could be set for an expanded role down the stretch now that he has less competition for ice time.
After scoring on Sunday, Jamie Drysdale quietly has four points in his last ten games. Not ground-breaking production, but from what I've seen, Flyers fans have been happy with his play since the Four-Nations Break, which suggests he's taking that next step in his development. He's still a month away from his 23rd birthday.

After missing three months recovering from pelvic surgery, Jordan Eberle took some time to reacclimate, going pointless in his first three games back. He may be starting to settle in as he's up to three points in his last five appearances after scoring on Sunday. Eberle skated a season-high 19:55 against Washington.
He's been solid overall this season, but Joey Daccord is in a bit of a slump right now. Sunday marked the fourth time in his last five games that he's posted a save percentage below .880.
Sunday's assist gives Adam Larsson a four-game point streak as he's up to seven points in his last nine outings. He doesn't get the offensive deployment to make this level of production sustainable, but there's no harm in riding the wave until it crashes.
Dylan Strome also has a four-game point streak after scoring Sunday. The 28-year-old forward is on pace for a career-high 81 points this year. He leads Washington in scoring and has played a key role in the Capitals' surprising battle for the President's Trophy.
Connor McMichael scored the game-winning goal against Seattle, adding an assist for good measure to reach 18 points in his last 19 games. The 24-year-old is having an incredible breakout campaign, on pace for 64 points this season.
Alex Ovechkin sealed the deal with an empty netter – career-goal #886. He's now nine goals away from breaking Gretzky's goal-scoring record, with 18 games left in this season. At 0.69 goals per game this year, he's on pace to make history sooner rather than later.
It was a physical night for Tom Wilson, who racked up seven hits and four penalty minutes to go with his assist on Ovi's empty netter. Not only is Wilson scoring at a career-high 68-point pace, he also ranks top-15 in hits. He's seeing a consistent and prominent power-play role for the first time in his career, which has fuelled his impressive offensive output. 16 of his 52 points this season have come with the man advantage.

Minnesota's offense is not in a good place right now. Since February 1st, the team sports a league-worst 2.00 goals per game. Missing Joel Eriksson Ek and Kirill Kaprizov obviously hasn't helped, but with those two sidelined for the foreseeable future, it's hard to imagine things turning around any time soon.
The team's trade deadline acquisitions have been disappointing thus far as Gustav Nyquist doesn't have a point after his first four games with Minnesota, and Justin Brazeau has skated just 11 minutes total through two games with the Wild.
After scoring on Sunday, Ryan Hartman now has two points, eight shots, three hits and 15 faceoff wins in three games post-suspension. He's averaging 16:31 during these contests – a sizeable step up from the 14:45 he was averaging pre-suspension. Hartman's output this season has been underwhelming relative to recent years, but he'll have more opportunity to produce while Eriksson Ek is sidelined.
Two goals for Sidney Crosby puts him on pace for 87 points this season. He has not finished a season below that point pace through 17 years in the league.
New Penguin Tommy Novak left this game early because of a lower-body injury.

When it comes to first games with new teams, you can't do much better than Mark Jankowski, who scored two goals in his Hurricanes' debut. Still, we're talking about a defensive forward in a fourth-line role who played just nine minutes on Sunday. His offensive outburst was a pleasant surprise, but not something we can rely on in fantasy formats for the rest of the regular season.
Logan Stankoven also had a strong debut for Carolina, scoring the game winner on the power play. Remarkably, seven of Stankoven's ~16 minutes on the night were played with the man advantage as Carolina had six PPs in this game. Playing on the Canes' top unit should provide a decent boost to Stankoven's fantasy value as he wasn't seeing much time with the man advantage in Dallas. He's also been placed in a position to succeed at even strength, skating beside Sebastian Aho and Andrei Svechnikov on Sunday.
Frederik Andersen didn't come away from this game with the most spectacular stats, but he had a shutout going before Winnipeg scored two goals in the final three minutes. His first few games back from injury were up and down, but it seems he's starting to find a groove with three strong appearances in a row.
When Shayne Gostisbehere first returned from a two-week injury absence, he struggled offensively, posting just two points in his first 13 games back. He's found his footing since then, tallying six points in his last eight appearances, including a helper on Sunday's game-winning goal.
Adam Lowry is on a three-game goal streak after scoring on Sunday. He's on pace for a career-high 20 goals but is shooting at an unsustainably high 17.7% clip.

Sunday's battle between Columbus and New York was an important one for the Eastern Conference wild card race. In the end, Adam Fantilli's second hat trick of the year led CBJ to an emphatic 7-3 victory over the Rangers. Can we talk about how incredible 20-year-old Adam Fantilli has been in 2025? He ranks top 25 in scoring this calendar year with 26 points in 25 appearances. He also sits top 10 in goal scoring with 14 markers. The third overall pick of the 2023 draft has arrived, and he should be rostered in more than 31% of Yahoo Leagues.
Days after signing a six-year extension in Columbus, Mathieu Olivier celebrated with two goals against the Rangers. To this point, his value had primarily been in banger leagues as he ranks second in hits and second in penalty minutes. However, he was moved up the lineup Sunday, skating beside Kent Johnson and Boone Jenner. Sunday's goals weren't fuelled by offensive skill, but if you share the ice with good players, you're more likely to pick up points. Let's see how long this new assignment lasts for Olivier.
Zach Werenski continues to do Zach Werenski things. Two excellent assists on Sunday puts him on pace for 90 points this season – a massive step up from last year's 67-point pace.
On Sunday, Mika Zibanejad played 6:26 on the power play and 11:40 at even-strength. Amazingly, both of his points came during his 49 seconds of shorthanded deployment. Zibanejad's numbers on the season are underwhelming, but since J.T. Miller came to town, Zibanejad sits fourth in league scoring with 18 points in 14 games.
New York's 'top' line of Artemi Panarin, Vincent Trocheck, and Alexis Lafreniere has been dormant for most of this season after a spectacular showing last year, but they've been clicking again lately. Over New York's last five games, Lafreniere and Trocheck each have four points while Panarin has eight. Panarin has scored in five-straight contests.

24-year-old Kaedan Korczak had a particularly productive night, racking up an assist, three shots, three blocks, and five hits. He's up to four points in his last seven games, making the most of his call up to the NHL as a result of Shea Theodore's injury. He's played limited minutes and probably isn't someone who will have a great fantasy impact right now, but he's making encouraging progress and looks like he'll turn into a solid two-way defender for Vegas.
A hat trick for Tomas Hertl on Sunday gives him 16 goals over the past two months. Jason Robertson is the only player with more (17) during this span.
Hertl's linemates also found the scoresheet as Pavel Dorofeyev tallied an assist and Brandon Saad extended his point streak to three games.
Andrei Kuzmenko is still looking for his first point with the Kings after two games, but reports indicate he's been playing very well thus far. He's in a great spot on the AK line with Anze Kopitar and Adrian Kempe, skating beside those two at both even strength and on LA's top power play unit.
Speaking of the other AKs, Kopitar and Kempe each managed a goal and assist on Sunday, so Kuzmenko clearly hasn't held them back.
Kopitar and Kempe weren't the only Kings to come away from Sunday's 6-5 win with two points. Kevin Fiala, Phillip Danault, Warren Foegele, Brandt Clarke, and Joel Edmundson were also in the same boat.
Trevor Moore hasn't found the scoresheet as often as he did during last year’s 31-goal campaign, but he's been heating up lately. After scoring on Sunday, Moore is up to seven goals in his last 13 outings.
Speaking of goal scorers heating up, Quinton Byfield found the back of the net for a third-straight game. The young forward had a slow start to the season, but he leads the Kings in scoring since December 14th, boasting 26 points in his last 33 appearances.

I've sung his praises plenty, but Thomas Harley continues to dazzle in Dallas. Since Miro Heiskanen went down with injury on January 28th, Harley has racked up 16 points in 14 games. Cale Makar is the only blueliner with more points during this stretch.
NHL hits leader Kiefer Sherwood extended his gigantic lead with another seven hits against the Stars.
Jason Robertson extended his point streak to eight games with a goal on Sunday. He has a ridiculous eight goals and 15 points during this stretch.
That's two more assists for Matt Duchene, who has found the scoresheet in nine of his last 11 appearances. Impressively, six of those nine games were multipoint outings. He's been outstanding this year, on pace for 85 points.
Mikko Rantanen scored the empty netter against Vancouver, giving him three points through two games as a Star.
Line combinations are still up in the air with Roope Hintz injured, but the second half of this game featured Robertson beside Duchene and Mikael Granlund, while Mason Marchment skated beside Wyatt Johnston and Rantanen.
An encouraging update on Hintz:

With two goals on Sunday, 23-year-old Sam Colangelo extended his goal streak to four games. He's clicked with Cutter Gauthier and Mason McTavish, with the trio outscoring opponents 6-0 thus far. Unfortunately, they've been outplayed according to advanced stats (via Natural Stat Trick), so I'm not confident this success is sustainable. Still, there's no harm in riding Colangelo's hot streak, especially in leagues that track hits since he's averaging two per game. Beware that he's only been seeing around 13 minutes per game lately, though.
Speaking of McTavish, he added a power-play goal on top of the helper above, giving him 10 points in his last nine outings. Linemate Gauthier has also been hot during this stretch, boasting eight points.
With Kyle MacLean sick on Sunday, defenseman Adam Boqvist had to step up as the Isles' fourth line center. He managed an assist on New York's only goal of the game, giving him four points over his last four appearances – in a very sheltered role.

On Sunday, Connor Ingram revealed his courageous decision to step away from the game and enter the NHL's Player Assistance Program as he processes his mother's passing.
