Capped

Only a few more days and then we are off to the playoffs. This is an exciting time of year for both the players and the fans. It’s also a bit of a nice change that the salary cap doesn’t count during playoffs, and we don’t need to focus on managing our fantasy teams [...]

You won’t find Carey Price in our Vezina consideration, you won’t find Connor McDavid in any of these ballots either. That’s because we’re awarding the standard NHL hardware to those most underpaid for what they bring to the table. These players are your cap league stars. *I will preface this article by saying that [...]

The regular season is winding down, and with it, we are almost to the offseason, when we can start preparing our teams for next year. Whether your league is bigger or smaller, the start players are the ones that play the biggest roles. However, being the most talked about players, their names get a [...]

Just a few days ago we finished up a fantasy baseball draft on the forums (I know this isn’t what you’re coming here to read about, but there is a point to this). You can find the picks here if you’re really interested. With our league setup, there’s a focus on starting pitchers, and [...]

We’re into the stretch run of fantasy hockey, with head-to-head playoffs starting, and some close races coming to a head in Roto and points leagues. Hopefully this doesn’t get too outdated between Wednesday night and Thursday afternoon… Cap info from Cap Friendly.    **** [...]

Happy Valentine’s day! Hopefully you love your team, but since that’s not always the case, hopefully we can help. This week we’re going over the crux position of your goaltending. By the end, we’re going for the roses and chocolates look. Let’s get to this week’s targets.   **** Linus Ullmark - Buffalo Sabres [...]

We are into February, and the trade deadline is a mere two-and-a-half weeks away. That means the deadline for fantasy leagues isn’t far off either. Making the proper deals at the deadline can make or break your path through the last few weeks of the season. Defence especially can be a little tricky to [...]

With the all-star break come and gone, we are less than a month from the trade deadline, which is February 25th. Everyone is looking for something a little different come deadline day, so we’re going to cover three forwards who could provide significant value   **** Rickard Rakell - Anaheim Ducks Cap Hit: $3,789,444 [...]
