Ever since being drafted 12th overall in the 2017 NHL Entry Draft, Czech forward Martin Necas has had a decent amount of hype surrounding him. Here are the Top 200 forwards to own in your points-only dynasty leagues - April edition! As always, players ranked within +/- 5.0 ratings of each other should be considered equal value and at that point become a matter of team needs (wait time or upside more important?) and personal bias. o=offensive forward, t=two-way, os=offense, [...]

The Florida Panthers have acquired Brandon Montour from the Buffalo Sabres for a third-round pick. Montour showed offensive upside as a prospect in Anaheim, but he couldn’t get over the 0.4 PTS/GP mark either this season or last in Buffalo. Surprisingly, his power-play time also declined from around 2:00/GP in Anaheim to just 0:11/GP this [...]

Even with Jonas Johansson’s 28-save shutout on Friday, the Avalanche weren’t sold on him or their other backup goaltending options after Philipp Grubauer. Johansson has only 17 games of NHL experience and [...]

Here is a quick update: David Farrance was the lone player to take part in his first National Hockey League game, skating 13:46 with the Nashville Predators. The [...]
The slate we have tonight is a unique one. It has been several Saturdays since I’ve really harped on ownership being a key factor, but it will certainly come into play tonight. There are three glaringly obvious spots on this slate and I’d expect all of them to be heavily owned. I will run through [...]
