Joe Sakic signed on with the Avs for another season. Atta boy Joe!  ATTENTION: Final draft list is complete and is sent out to everyone. THREE emails bounced back. Those people will need to contact me. Also - you can change your picks and re-run the program as often as you would like. Disappointed to inform [...]

Ah, the AHL. That long-dependable source of spring excitement for those fans who chose to cheer for losers. But following an American league team has more advantages than just seeing that scrub you hated in 20 games in the show now be the main attraction. You also get to see the next generation take their first steps into the pro game. Here's who's swam since jumping into the pro pool.

Quarter Ties Notch!

Last week, flipping a coin got five out of 10 right. Which is excellent when you consider that games that go into overtime are tie games. Those five points were enough to match Notch's picks. Burnsy has retired from the contest. Notch was just much for him and once he caught some insight into just how damn good that quarter is - he couldn't hack it.

Here are this week's picks for the NHL games today, the final game of the season.

Alexander Perezhogin will be back in the lineup tonight after an extended absence with a concussion. He will skate with Koivu and Ryder.  Tim Connolly is in the lineup - and he's scored a goal.  No word on Tim Connolly yet (see yesterday's ramblings).
