Rankings will be postponed until tomorrow.

Derek Roy skipped practice yesterday after taking a shot off the foot. He will be in the lineup today.

I have always liked Dustin Byfuglien as a decent No.4 defenseman with upside on the second power play. I figured he had the ability to notch 45 points and 150 PIMs. He's big and he's young. The Blackhawks have been using him as a forward lately and that makes him  have some value as a defenseman in roto-leagues. That being said, he had his big four-point game last night, so I wouldn't expect more big things like that right away. As a forward, he reminds of Dustin Penner in terms of potential.

James Wisniewski is hoping to return to the Chicago lineup Wednesday.

Ales Hemsky suffered a knee injury last night and was forced to leave the game. No word on the seriousness…

Geoff Sanderson left last night's contest with a back injury.

Sheldon Souray is targeting mid-December for a return to the lineup.

Marek Svatos could not play last night due to his groin injury.

TJ Hensick played over 16 minutes last night, mostly with Ty Arnason and Ryan Smyth. He was held pointless, and got some PP time with Sakic, Smyth and Brunette.

Osgood will start today and Hasek will start Tuesday as the Wings gradually move towards Osgood as their starter. All it takes is one bad game from Oz and one good one from Hasek to give it back to the Dominator for good though.

After 307 straight games, Jay Pandolfo missed last night's contest with a pelvic/abdominal injury.

Alexander Semin suffered an injury to his left leg last night. It has been his right ankle that has been giving him problems, so thankfully this is unrelated. The injury did not appear to be serious.

Chris Clark (groin) missed the game.

Anahiem forward Mark Mowers has signed to play in the Swiss League.

Darryl Sydor replaced Sergei Gonchar (groin) in the lineup last night. Gonchar is doubtful for today. He suffered a setback, his groin really bothering him and he didn't even make yesterday's morning skate.

The Pens play three games in four nights, so don't expect him to play Monday either.

The Pens are supposedly actively shopping Recchi around now. They will deal him for as little as future considerations, given his contract.

Nashville plays 15 games in December, so now is the time to dress them and keep them active.

Alexander Radulov took a shot off his leg in Thursday's game and missed practice yesterday. He will be good to go for today's game, but that might explain his limited minutes Thursday.

Anton Volchenkov has a broken finger and will miss the next month. This will move Schubert back to the point and will get McGratton into the lineup.

Ondrej Pavelec has been sent to the minors and Lehtonen has been recalled. Time to activate Lehtonen.

Mark Parrish missed last night's contest with a hip injury. He was replaced by Matt Foy.

Drew Miller returned to the Anaheim lineup after missing three games with a knee injury. He played 12 minutes and was a minus-2.

David Backes (knee) returned to the lineup last night and played with Johnson and Tkachuk. He had missed 10 games.
