The Preds are making preperations in case Radulov goes. They are speaking to Glen Murray, Mark Parrish, Martin Gelinas and Jan Hlavac. They are also talking trade.
The NHL is hoping that the IIHF bans Radulov's KHL team from participating in the Champions Hockey League, an IIHF-sponsored event for the best teams in Europe. According to Bill Daly (via the Tennessean), he feels that the IIHF will probably not do that.
