Kris Versteeg has stitches on his finger after getting slashed by Keith Tkachuk Wednesday. He may miss Wednesday's game, but likely not beyond that.
Zach Bogosian has four points in his last three games – the first four of his career. He could be a 40-point player next year.
In the last 16 games, Toronto's Dominic Moore has 12 points and 10 PIM. That's probably the best 16-game span he'll ever have, though.
Michael Ryder has 23 points in his last 25 contests.
Speaking of Ryder, his brother Daniel has been suspended by the ECHL's Las Vegas Wranglers. This is his third suspension in the Flames' organization and he has hit rock bottom – he has lost confidence and may never get it back.
