Tonight, the DobberHockey Expert’s League will hold their draft. I will be writing the results, along with my strategies and thought process in each round, in the Fantasy Guide. That update will be up for you to read some time over the weekend.
The DobberHockey revolution continues to grow. Guess who just joined the small, but quality crew over at Puck Daddy? As of today, you can find an exclusive weekly article from yours truly over at Greg Wyshynski’s Puck Daddy Blog. You can never have too much awesomeness, so remember to check it out each week.

At the Traverse City Prospects Tourney, Carolina GM Jim Rutherford identified the following prospects as “standouts”: Zach Boychuk, Brandon Sutter and goaltender Mike Murphy.
Mat Dandeneault gets a tryout with San Jose, thanks to the Tweets of James Mirtle for that.
Speaking of the Three-Tier Invitational – today is the last day to enter if you are interested in joining the entry league. Tomorrow I will draw 58 names and announce them here throughout Friday. To enter, email me (full details in the latest update of the Guide).
The Bruins have signed Andy Wozniewski to a one-year deal. He’ll give Johnny Boychuk competition for the final spot on the blue line, but I still like Boychuk here.
According to Oilers Nation, who heard it straight from the man himself, Mike Comrie is close to signing with the Oilers. The only other team in play is Atlanta.
Some more camp invitees:
Adrian Foster, PHI
Ronald Petrovicky, VAN
Keith Carney, VAN
Brett McLean, TB
The Lightning also signed Matt Lundin to a one-year contract.
Columbus signed Alex Picard to a contract. At this point I am thnking career minor leaguer.
