Morris Back to Phoenix

Fantasy Analysis: Boston has traded defenseman Derek Morris to Phoenix for a fourth round pick in 2011.
The Coyotes get: an experienced defenseman with modest offensive skills for cheap.
The Bruins get: another draft pick, but more importantly they free up about one-fourth of $3.3 million in cap space. They can now focus on adding a player – names like Ray Whitney, Dan Hamhuis and Tomas Kaberle have been bandied about.
Fantasy Players Impacted: Morris is on pace for 33 points and that pace won’t change with his new (and former) team in Phoenix. His arrival will push Sami Lepisto down the depth chart, but Lepisto isn’t ready to put up big fantasy numbers (and hasn’t been) anyway.
In Boston, Dennis Wideman gets a big boost – his numbers have gone down this year and I suspect part of that is because of Morris’ presense. That is no longer a factor.
Players this deal helps, in order:
1. Dennis Wideman
Players this deal hurts, in order:
1. Sami Lepisto
2. Adrian Aucoin
