Somebody infiltrated the Dallas management office and actually signed Band-Aid Boy Kari Lehtonen to a three-year $10.65 million deal. I guess they want to invest in medical staff training.

The word on Brian Boucher – out for a month with a Grade 2 MCL sprain. It’s Michael Leighton’s show now. Johan Backlund, actually healthy now himself, will be the backup.

Claude Giroux is expected in the Philly lineup tonight.

Jonathan “clutch” Toews is on a nine-game points streak and has 19 in that span.

Congrats to Alexandre Burrows and Mason Raymond – their combined 10 points in 12 games is just what I was thinking when I drafted them in the Hockey News office pool.

I have a good feeling about Kevin Bieksa next season. Great playoff production and in the heart of his prime. All he needs is to stay healthy for 75 games – which he hasn’t in three years.

The Sharks have signed start goaltending prospect Harri Sateri to an ELC. Hopefully he comes over and gets in some AHL time. He’s a good three years away from the NHL.

This is Doug Wilson’s (Sharks’ GM) daughter – Lacey – Miss Massachusetts…
