I have found it difficult to make trades in my own fantasy hockey leagues since joining the DobberHockey crew full-time over two years ago. I share my thoughts on sleepers, overrated players, and my favourite players/prospects with all of you on a daily basis. When I propose a trade in any of my leagues, my potential trading partner is usually quick to check out the site to see what I have said in the past about the player(s) I am inquiring about.

However, I managed to pull the trigger on a very interesting deal yesterday in my favourite league. It is a head-to-head league with many DobberHockey veterans, and I finished fourth out of 12 last year (my first year in the league after taking over a pretty decent roster).

Today I analyzed a team sent to me by Robert, who is lucky enough to have Russ "The Comish" Miller in his league (unsurprisingly, Russ is the league commisioner). Robert's team won the league last year, but he is now faced with a few difficult keeper decisions.

I am constantly receiving e-mails, tweets, and messages on the DobberHockey forums asking for trade advice. It is always good to get a second (and third) opinion, as there are many biases that can cloud your ability to accurately evaluate a potential transaction.

Audits will be coming in rapid succession over the next few weeks, so keep checking the site to see if your team gets covered! I am not accepting any more submissions at the moment, but check back as October approaches, I have a few ideas with regards to the audits that I will be sharing at that time.
