With the Steven Stamkos injury, it seems the whole fantasy hockey world is in a panic However, in fantasy terms, we move on quickly. It really is the only way to survive and thrive. What were some of the best lines from Week 6? Let's go "Between The Lines".

Lead Us Forwards….

Clarke McArthur-Bobby Ryan-Kyle Turris (Ottawa) — It always seemed that Bobby Ryan and Kyle Turris were getting the chances but in Week 6, they were piling up the points. This "top line" clawed its way to 13 points when together. Ryan was one of the top point producers with seven points. Turris was not too far behind with six points. Yes this has some not so good fantasy impacts for guys like Jason Spezza. However, can this trio continue the party? The answer, for now, seems to be yes.

Nicklas Backstrom-Alex Ovechkin-Troy Brouwer-Marcus Johansson (Washington) — The four man power play unit seemed to be at it again with a 12 point week. They played as a quartet nearly 65% on the power play which is about 80 seconds for every two minute man advantage. That is provided the extra man lasts for that long of course. Washington has had its ups and downs but that power play clicks at a 25-30% clip projected throughout the season and that means increased opportunities.

Ryan Callahan-Carl Hagelin-Brad Richards (NY Rangers) — The Rangers started to score some goals in Week 6? Yes they did. With Rick Nash on his way back, this makeshift first line still had 10 points. What was more encouraging was the fact that Brad Richards shows no signs of slowing down. Maybe last year really was a mirage. All Richards did was lead this line with five points. They have a pretty nice schedule, especially in December, so good fantasy teams could keep on rolling.

Todd Bertuzzi-Pavel Datsyuk-Henrik Zetterberg (Detroit) — Datsyuk and Zetterberg are a pleasure to watch week in and week out. Last week was another ten point run as if it there was nothing to it. Henrik Zetterberg had a marvelous six point week and just seemed to be at the right place at the right time. With a big bruising guy like Todd Bertuzzi by the duo's side, it allows the offensive wizardry to shine on this line. Even Bertuzzi has enjoyed a nice little resurgence, getting ¾ of his points from this line combination. Week 7 looks bright as well.

Defend This!

Ryan Murray-James Wisniewski (Columbus) — Murray is a dynamic talent while Wisniewski is a bit more offensive minded to a point. In a light Week 6 fantasy wise for defensemen, this duo rose to the top with five points. Now their frequency numbers are excellent for a first pair (37.9% EV, 52.3% PP). As Murray has grown, the offensive potential has grown. Will there be some painful weeks? Yes, that will be expected. Columbus has gotten off to a forgetful 15 game start, kind of like last year. Their defense needs to step it up on both ends of the ice and this duo may be a catalyst in turning things around.

Dustin Byfuglien-Grant Clitsome (Winnipeg) — Oh there goes that funny last name again. Every so often the last couple years, Grant Clitsome's name pops up on this column. Clitsome did have a four point week and normally Tobias Enstrom is the player paired with Byfuglien and eventually that will continue. When it does, those two will again be at or near the top of the heap. There is just no way that Clitsome continues this kind of production for very much longer. It is just not in his DNA.

Duncan Keith-Brent Seabrook (Chicago) — It feels like these two have been together for a couple decades and last week their offensive games turned back the clock a bit. Yes, it helped to play Edmonton but honestly five points is five points. Also the Subban-Markov duo had five points but the more surprising pairing here is one that could be experiencing a bit of a resurgence in the 2013-14 campaign. Chicago has not had much of a "Cup" hangover and these guys are a big reason why.
