Saturday’s NHL Game Picks – March 3

Another Saturday, another set of picks! I won't keep you for too long this morning as I've been battling the plague all week long. It seems to have affected one of my keeper teams as well as I'm getting pummelled 23-9 on the week.
One short note, I am picking the Predators to win the cup this year. One big thing I keep an eye out for in the latter months is resilience, and Nashville has shown it in spades this week. Being down on the road, and posting three straight come-from-behind wins? That's a championship team. I could definitely see Boston making it one hell of a series however, that smack down they laid on the Penguins was a tour de force. Rick Nash has made an immediate impact, and once Patrice Bergeron gets back into that lineup, it's off to the races.
That said, I wouldn't be mad if Pittsburgh went for three. All this talk about playoffs has me stoked for the postseason this year, we so often forget how privileged we are to have league parity (*cough NBA cough*).
